Ongoing Management

As part of our services we offer to take care of all interaction with the tenants during the lease period and handle all tenant inquiries. That also includes handling rent collection, payment verification, tenants maintenance requests and complaints, lease compliance and enforcement, dealing with problematic tenants, extension & renewal of lease agreements, periodic property inspections, move-in/move-out documentation & inspections and more. In addition, we insure the transfer of charges of municipal taxes (Arnona) and current payments (Electricity, Water, Gas, House Committee) to the ingoing tenants names and will also make sure that the outgoing tenants have paid all required payments in accordance with their lease agreement.
